- Style of presentation of papers
Plenary and invited papers are presented orally.
The contributed papers will be reviewed and selected for oral
or poster presentations.

Instruction for abstracts and papers
Abstracts should be submitted preferably by
website or
e-mail. Facsimile copies or prepaid post will also be acceptable.
Abstracts should include title of the paper, authors and affiliation,
and abstract body. Please type the title in capital letters.
Abstracts should be about 500-words, and submitted in MS Word
document or pdf-file. If this is not possible please submit
a simple text file. All authors should be listed by their full
name with the family name appearing last. The complete mailing
address of the corresponding author should be given in the abstracts,
including his/her company or organization, post address, telephone,
fax and e-mail. People who have Chinese nationality should write
down the post addresses in English and in Chinese respectively.
Abstract should be submitted to the conference secretariat before
the deadline July 30, 2003. The authors will be notified upon
the acceptance of their contributions before August 30, 2003.
If the abstract is accepted, the complete paper should be submitted
before September 30, 2003.
The presenter must be one of the authors and a registered conference
participant. At least one author should be registered to assure
that the paper appears in the proceedings.

- Conference proceedings
The proceedings of the conference will be issued
in publication. All accepted papers will be published on Proceedings
of the 3rd International Symposium on Heat Transfer Enhancement
and Energy Conservation. And some of the best papers will be also
selected for final publication in the J. Enhanced Heat Transfer
, Energy, or Chinese J. of Chemical Engineering.
The submitted papers need to be original. Upon acceptance of the
contributions, details of the publication affairs and further
requirements will be informed to the authors.
