- SITE OF THE CONFERENCE
 The
site of the Conference is in Guangzhou, near Hong Kong and Shenzhen
in China. Guangzhou is the capital city of Guangdong Province,
a center of politics, economy, science and technology, education
and culture, located in the subtropical South Asia and characterized
with oceanic monsoon weather. Guangzhou has long summer and short
winter. The average temperature in January ranges from 12.4℃-13.5℃,
warm with a little rainfall. Vegetation is thriving green here
all year round, so Guangzhou is also called "Flower city".
The Pearl River streams through the city. It's a pivot of transport
and telecommunication and trading port and wins the name of "South
Gate of the Motherland".
Guangzhou is located in the south of china, about 2300 km south
from Beijing (Capital of China), about 1800 km southwest from
shanghai, and about 170 km northwest from Hong Kong. It takes
about three hours from Beijing or 2 hours from Shanghai by plane
and 1.5 hours from Hong Kong by train.
- PASSPORT, VISA REQUIRMENT AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Visitor to china must hold a valid passport.
The passport should be valid for at least one month after the
planned departure date from china. You can also check with any
Chinese embassy or consulate for the latest status.
A Chinese visa for an overseas passport holder is required when
traveling to china. The visa can be obtained through a Chinese

date, place of birth and passport number. The formal invitation
letter for the visa application will be sent to you immediately.

the period of the conference if you are traveling outside your
own country.
